Andre Frieslaar
Andre has been hiking & running trails on Table Mountain for the past 40 years.
He has completed several Two Oceans Ultra-Marathons, the Otter Trail Marathon and has led more than 10 multi-day trail runs along South Africa’s Wild Coast.
